Moon Days
As per Ashtanga Yoga tradition, Eugene School of Yoga (ESOY) is closed on Full and New Moon dates. Dates will be announced in class and posted.

New to Eugene School of Yoga and Ashtanga yoga and would like to join us?
New students with some yoga experience may begin with either Mysore or Led class. New students with no yoga experience should begin with Mysore class where individual instruction is available to bring the new student “up to speed” with the Led class.
